                                                 NOTES FROM DIVIDEND HISTORY FOR 2002 AND 2005

*During 2002 Asbury friends and members contributed $7286 towards the roof loan. This amount was
greatly appreciated. The remainder of the roof loan of $5421 was forgiven by the Charge Conference on
October 20, 2002. These dollars were the accumulation of dividends received from the Money Market
and not taken from the principal.

The Endowment Fund Income Distribution for 2005, will provide up to $5,336 for Scholarships, $488
for the General Budget, and $2,327 to be used in the areas of Missions, Trustees, and Program
Development. The Endowment Committee will be recommending the above figures to the Church
Council in April for their approval and dispersement.

OTHER ENDOWMENTS:
May 1990 the church received $16,504.40 from Helen Jaynes Estate. The money was used for building
renovation and repairs. This was the addition added to the west entry to our church.

April 1994 the church received $1129.79 from the Frieda Enfield Memorial. The money was designated
for Frieda Enfield Music Scholarship and was awarded to two students in music education.

July 2000 the Marian Jolliffe Trust in memory of Mr. & Mrs. J. F. Durst and Mr. & Mrs. Lloyd Durst
gave the church $20,000. The Administrative Council designated the money for paving the lower
parking lot.
