ENDOWMENT REPORT TO ASBURY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH MARCH 2008

In the years 1970 through 1993, scholarship awards from Adam Trieschmann Estate/Asbury Scholarship Fund were made to 26 different students entering first year of college. The amount awarded from 1970-93 was $20,400. It has been ten years since the establishment of the Endowment Fund and Endowment Fund Committee. Even though this committeemakes
financial reports each month to the Church Council and annually to the Charge Conference, the present members of the
committee are sending out this report to all members and friends of Asbury to explain to them what the purpose of this Committee is and what has been done with the income from the investments this Fund has earned since its establishment in 1994. The Permanent Endowment fund of Asbury United methodist Church was adopted at the Charge Conference on October 31, 1993 and held its first meeting on January 9, 1994. (Any member or friend may obtain a copy of this Resolution from the Chair of Endowment or the Pastor.)
